The receptionist was exceptional. She offered assistance with getting me scheduled for the time I was available and she was very warm and accommodating. Kudos Debra👍🏾. The cleaning was pretty thorough and the Drs did a great job. They explained the process well and did a great job speaking on any concerns that you may have. The environment is also very clean and I got a goodie bag at the end of the process. Definitely would recommend.

My experience at Southdale Dental was unusually pleasant considering the traumatizing fear of extracting two molars. Dr. Barnes displayed experience, competence and gentle understanding and care. The experience was smooth and painless. The aftercare instructions were well written and helped to continue with a painless healing process. I observed the repartee between patients and doctor and staff and I had the comfort of knowing that this was a well oiled machinery, designed to give the patient the loving care that would remove fear and allow for care to complete in and after the office visit. As always the staff at Southdale Dental are friendly and courteous. They were behind and made me aware and also apologised which I appreciated. My dental hygienist, Ms. Dennis, was amazing as always, accommodated all my issues, and helped me with my cleaning. Dr. Barnes also assisted me and finally was able to correct a problem I have been having for an ENTIRE YEAR!!!! When I tell you that tears came to my eyes when I went home and was able to eat on that side of my mouth because of her help!!! I've referred quite a few people to them and I will continue to. The service is top notch!!

If they see an influx of clients soon, it may be because I have decided to tell as many people I know that my dentist is better than theirs and they need to switch. The service was actually great and all the workers there were extremely professional the only problem was that I wasn't aware if the cost for the service until the procedure was finish i think you should atlease have an idea of the cost for the procedure yuh will do before you begin tho I definitely understand that the doctors can't just look at your mouth and tell you the exact price for what they will have to do.

From my initial call to my going through the door ,I enjoyed my experience at Southdale Dental. It's a dental office, fine but it didn't feel that way. The level of customer service was stellar in my opinion and Dr. Barnes gave me advice advice directions I had never received in all my years seeing other dentists. I started using Southdale Dental in 2018 when I worked in Kingston. Since 2020 I have returned to Fort Lauderdale and still make my twice a year dental appointments. The reason for this is that Dr Barnes is simply one of the best Dentist in Kingston and I was not prepared to even attempt to find a other dentist. The entire team is so amazingly courteous and attentive. I know I am in extremely good hands and ever so grateful to be a patient at this practice. The choice of music whilst you are being treated has not gone unnoticed. Great soothing music, excellent music selection.

I had a toothache. I looked up the website from Google and set an appointment and they promptly called me back to confirm an appointment the next day. I went in. And within 15 minutes I was tended to. The doctor that attended on me, was gentle. Dr. Thomas explained the procedure told me what what happening with my tooth, and gave me all the possible options that I could do. Opted for an extraction, and the extraction went well. Dr. Thomas was careful with giving me after care instructions. It was a seamless experience. I would highly recommend.

If you have a meltdown 😭 like I do every time you have a dental appointment, then Southdale Dental Kingston, Jamaica is right for you. This is my first visit to the office and I did not know that the procedure I had done could be completed painlessly. Aside from being experienced, the staff is warm, emotionally intelligent and service oriented. A staff member even played music 🎶 to help me relax after she realized how anxious I was. I also observed that persons would visit the office just to say hello to the staff. I loved, loved, loved everything about my visit. This place is amazing. I've been to multiple dental offices for cleaning and I've never had such a thorough and involved experience. During the consultation, the doctor did an external check of the face and mouth area checking for swollen lymph nodes which may be a sign of infection and other stuff. After the internal consultation of the mouth was done and I was given a hand-held mirror to identify areas of concerns. Followed the cleaning process, I was given a goodie bag with tooth brush and other stuff but the icing on the cake was a small mouth mirror to see the teeth at far back. It was truly an amazing process. Big up Dr.Philip and Nicole. Oooh they even apply a heated rag to the face after the treatment.
